  • Preliminary Designs and Preliminary Budgeting (What can we do and what’s it going to cost?)

  • We develop the plans from concept to permitting. As we finalize the designs we work with our clients to create the specifications, scope of work, structural engineering, eneregy calculations. We submit and process your plans with the City, Town or County.

  • Since we develop the plans, specifications with our clients the construction goes smoothly. Architect, Builder and Homeowners are all on the same page. This eliminates most mis-communications, expectations are clear and executed.
